PPSU Officer in Seribu Islands Added

"With the Seychelles, we don't do a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) but Letter of Intern, thus it can directly be cooperation to develop the Seribu Islands," he said, during a meeting about development of tourism in Seribu Islands in the Great Hall, Monday (1/18).

He disclosed, it is done to avoid similar mistake. All this time, the city has established sister city with 21 world's big cities. But the evaluation result, only seven cities were running well.

He hoped tourism in Seychelles Republic could become an example by Jakarta government to promote tourism in Seribu Islands. Thus, in the next 50 years, it is still known to the world.

"They want help us to give input and make blueprint," he stated.

Djarot assessed, the cooperation can attract foreign investor to advance infrastructure in such islands.
